mimate by Mr. J. D. Lloyd with regard to his work as Custodian of Enemy Property and Controller of the Clearing

Office during the past few months.

Mr. Lloyd has recently proceeded on leave to

doubtful points in connection with this work and so save

reference to the Colony.
